Keystone is always interested in knowing about candidates who might make great additions to our team. We are particularly interested in applicants with particular subject matter expertise and experience in our work: governmental fund accounting, payroll, human resources, and the particular methods of property assessing and tax billing/collections in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia, as examples.

All of our software development and technical support is performed by Keystone employees, and occasionally individual subcontractors. We use Window-based systems, web browser development tools, and Rocket’s UniVerse, post relational database environment, and related "U2" tools. We prefer most new technical and support personnel to be based proximate to our main office in southern New Jersey, (near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). However there is some flexibility in this for the right candidate. Sales positions are often located in the sales territory.

Our salary structure is competitive and we have an excellent benefits package, which includes 80% paid family health insurance, life insurance, short term and long term disability insurance, a 401k with matching contributions from the company, a tuition refund program, and a profit sharing program. Most positions involve a moderate amount of overnight travel. Specific openings may be listed under current openings.
