Keystone believes it is important for us to be active in professional associations and organizations which are important to the work of our clients. Not only are these a source of business leads, but they provide opportunities for meaningful dialogue about issues relevant to our working relationship with our clients.

User Group Meetings
|Kansas City/Independence, MO||9/25/2019–9/27/2019|
Keystone has hosted a user conference for all of our local government and school district users, once a year, for over thirty-five years. This group, Keystone’s “National Association of Software Users,” “NASU,” gathers annually for a three day conference with training sessions, user feedback, and new product announcements, with tracks across all product sets. The conference location is varied each year among the states in which Keystone actively markets.
User input is solicited in regard to priorities for development and issues/requests for enhancement to the current software. This, along with information gathered from our markets, is used to set our product roadmap and development planning.
Presentations by third-party vendors whose products integrate with Keystone’s are also scheduled to provide our users with access to applicable new, related technology and products. Opportunities to network and socialize with Keystone’s staff and with colleagues from other organizations are built into the agenda including a Saturday excursion to areas of local interest for customers wishing to participate.
Keystone also has a legacy of supporting customer-led regional user groups, supporting their meetings throughout the country by providing staff and management participation. A Missouri school districts group has been active with an annual conference since the mid 1990’s. Frequently we hear of our customers, especially in a given state/market, consulting and sharing with each other without Keystone involvement, which we believe is an indicator of a strong user group community.
