New Manager of Client Services Hired
In an effort to
expand the "Manager of Client Services" role previously
defined in 2005, Keystone has hired Michael J. Liggera
to fill the position on a full-time basis. Neal Nover
previously held the position on a part-time basis, with his
time also devoted to account management of Keystone's base
of Commercial type clients. With this move, Neal
will focus more exclusively on the Commercial account
management role, but he will also continue to assist
with managing the Student Administration software accounts.
Mike Liggera will dedicate his time to the
account management and relationship oversight of all of
Keystone's School and Local Government accounts. This
role will include account analysis and recommendation of
better uses of Keystone's growing, integrated suite of
products and services, as well as managing implementation
projects.
Mike has a
computer science degree from Princeton University, as well
as a law degree from Temple University Beasley School of
Law. Between his undergraduate years and law school,
Mike worked in project management for a consulting
company, developing and deploying software applications for
the banking industry. After law school, Mike worked as an
attorney for a law firm in Philadelphia. Recognizing
his desire to get back into the software industry, Mike now
joins Keystone with a high level of enthusiasm about serving
Keystone's clients.
Mike is married
to Courtney, and they live in the City of Philadelphia.
Keystone
president, Judd Van Dervort, Jr., who has known Mike
for several years, noted, "Mike will be a great asset to our
team. He has the kind of character and qualities that I
want representing Keystone to our valued clients."
Over the coming
weeks Mike will be in contact with each account, by way of
introduction.
